Nine officers and civilian servants from the Republics of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Montenegro and Ukraine completed the course.

The Commandant of the Academy Col. Gintaras Bagdonas and Vice Chancellor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Valdas Rakutis congratulated the students and their teachers on the occasion of the completion of the course. The Commandant commended the students for the progress they showed, expressed his gratitude to the teachers for their efforts and good work they had done and asked the students to forward his message and request to the authorities of their Ministries of Defence to select to the Level 2 International English Language Course only those candidates who demonstrate appropriate language skills to further augment on in the Academy.

On behalf of the whole class 1Lt Aliaksei Hretski from the Republic of Belarus expressed gratitude to the teachers and the administration of the Academy for the knowledge and skills of English gained and the opportunity to discover Lithuania, learn its history and traditions.
After the official part of the ceremony the Commandant and Vice Chancellor enjoyed a personal friendly talk with the students and wished them all good luck in the future.
