The Court of honour is a self-governing Cadets Battalion institution, which purpose is to guarantee the proper functioning and obeying the rules of The Code of Honour. The Court of Honour accomplishes these functions by investigating various trespasses on The Code of Honour and offering disciplinary measures to Cadets Battalion and Academy commanders.

The aim of The Court of Honour is to implant sensibility to honour and moral, which do not pertain with faithfulness to the oath of allegiance. 

The functions of The Court of Honour are:
to guarantee the obeying the Code of Honour rules
to investigate the  misdemeanours to The Code of Honour
to punish misdemeanants with inflictions to The Code of Honour
to motivate upstanding behaviour of the cadets
