Deputy Commandant for Logistics (hereafter-DCL) is a division of MAL that ensures logistic support within the Academy, takes part in drafting the budget project of MAL and investment projects, and coordinates so that resources of necessary mechanisms, armament, ammunition, explosives, means of communication and other tangible property of MAL would be stored. DCL controls the effective, secure and adequate usage of tangible property, organizes provision of tangible property to MAL subdivisions considering availability of financial, material and human recourses and coordinates their distribution, implements repair works of tangible property, prepares the documentation according to attained competence, implements assigned tasks regulated by legal acts and appointments and assignments of Commandant of MAL connected with direct functions of the group.
