Leadership Training Group organises and implements a complex cadet-commander development activity that aims to strengthen personal leadership qualities, to provide with theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills necessary to train an officer capable to command both in time of peace and war and in performing their responsibilities. The students are taught etiquette and protocol, ethics and aesthetics, military psychology, leadership training, history of military, military pedagogy.
