The Headquarters of Military Academy of Lithuania (MAL) is responsible for planning the process of activities and studies at MAL, coordination within the Divisions, control and analysis of the process of studies.

Main goals of Headquarters are as follows:

• to assist the Commandant and divisions of MAL in implementing the assigned functions and tasks regulated by laws and other legal acts;
• to provide the necessary assistance and consultations to other MAL divisions according to attained competence;
• to coordinate, control and analyse the process of studies and provide solutions regarding its improvement;
• to plan, control the activities of MAL coordinating them with other divisions of MAL.
