Division of Public and International Relations is responsible for development of international cooperation and public relations of MAL.

The main goals of Division of Public and International Relations are as follows:

• to inform Lithuanian society and foreign partners about the aims, goals and values of MAL so that they reflected the role and significance of the Academy;
• to coordinate international cooperation projects conducted by MAL;
• develop MAL contacts with other institutions, organisations and associations;
• to organise MAL educational activities;
