Activities:

• to conduct the following subjects:  Leader Development, Military Pedagogy, Military Psychology, Ethics and Aesthetics, Protocol and Etiquette aimed at the MAL cadets, following the Basic Officer Training Programme;
• to conduct classes in Officer (Leader) Development, aimed at MAL students, following the appropriate course programme;
• to organise and conduct scientific research work, topic: Leadership Development;
• to assist in conducting exercises, provide support to other MAL subunits, units of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, and the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union;
• to analyse teaching methodologies regarding modern leadership theories and practice, provide proposals regarding its usage in the teaching process.
