The Head of the Editorial Division Dr. Vytautas Tininis is a Doctor of the Humanities, historian, member of (1) Research Board of Lithuanian Resident Genocide and Resistance Research Centre and that of (2) Editorial Board of Genocidas ir Rezistencija (Genocide and Resistance Movement), a scientific journal; also, expert of (3) International Nazi and Soviet Occupational Regime in Lithuania Crime Expertise Commission; then, member of (4) Research Board of Military History Centre (MAL). Also, Dr. Tininis is the Managing Secretary of Kariunas (The Cadet), the MAL magazine, and author of scientific articles and books (The Soviet Lithuania and Its Activists.
