The main goals of the Division are to ensure secure and economical exploitation of the MAL area, premises and buildings, repair of economy inventory, electrical system, heat, sanitary engineering, the MAL supply with goods and accommodation of students who attend different types of courses.

The division takes part in drafting the budget estimate of MAL, prepares construction and maintenance-related investment projects, competition documentation regarding public procurement tenders in the field and organises the competitions, drafts the budget for repairs and maintains the objects, examines and controls the quality and volume of the work being done in the field, prepares technical documentation and documents related to exploitation of heating and electricity economies, examines and ensures labour- and fire safety within the MAL.
