Main aim of Division of Catering Organization is to organise cadets, officers, employees, people serving at the MAL and guests’ catering at the canteen of the MAL as well as to provide officers with rations during outdoor exercises.

To implement the established goals, the Division accomplishes the following functions:
 
• makes food product orders for day- to- day catering at the canteen of the MAL and for representational events;
• forms menus, makes calculations, stores necessary food recourses;
• controls the process of reception and issuance of food products and equipment to stockroom following fixed norms and bookkeeping documents;
• takes responsibility for proper food products and equipment storage conditions;
• controls food products’ realization terms and rational usage of  equipment;
• takes part in drafting the budget;
• makes food for different occasions;
• administrates equipment stocktaking, controls the process of writing-off the equipment ;
• administrates clients’ stocktaking;
• takes care of equipment;
• carries responsibility for industrial safety at the canteen, hygiene and sanitary control.
